- Contractor shall design, develop, purchase or fabricate components, install, test and provide user training for a "multimedia audiovisual system". 1. Detail Tasks. Equipment: - 1 celining mounted LCD Projector - 2-4 plasma screen monitors - Equipment rack to house audiovisual system - 1 wireless keyborad & 1 mouse - Laptop input with audio input plate - Digital Document Camera connection - 1 SVHS Player - 1 DVD Player - Multiple wall mounted speakers providing even sound distribution - 1 Wireless color control panel - 1 Lectern (podium) with 1 gooseneck microphone & 1 wireless lapel microphone 2.
