- This is a modification to the subject combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (RFQ-042IT015A), establishing the time questions are due. Accordingly, all questions pertaining to the combined synopsis/solicitation must be received by the Contracting Officer no later than 3:00 p.m. local (Washingon, DC) time on March 24, 2004. CFTC expects, but does not guarantee, to answer questions submitted by this time. Questions, if answered, will be responded to in the form of a modification to the subject combined synopsis/solicitation.
