- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to issue a purchase order to QWIKREGISTER PRO POINT OF SALE to purchase three (3) of QwikRegister cash register and On-Site training for one day. This Procurement action is for equipment parts which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1.
