Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 13 and the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This acquisition will be solicited to Radtec Engineering , as a sole procurement. The following description of the requirement follows: V4 Modulator Assembly P/N 1455 (1EA) Power Supply P/N 1160 (1EA) Oil Can Assembly P/N 1277 (1EA) IGBT driver bd assembly P/N 1317 (1EA) Interface and control PCB P/N 1347 (1EA) Processor PCB P/N1438 (1EA) Master Regulator PCB P/N 1591 (1EA) These are replacement items for existing MSQ-T43 threat Emitter for the Marine Corps Air Station Yuma Tactical Aircrew Combat Training System. Items must be 100% electrically and mechanically compatible with the existing equipment to support configuration requirements. This a nnouncement constitutes the solicitation; A SEPARATE WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number RFQ N00244-04-T-0469 applies. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06 and DFAR Change Notice 20020314. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334519 and the business size standard is $5.0M. This acquisition is being acquired for the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division Norco Ca 92860 The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Clause Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Paragraph (B) (5): Offers shall provide an express warranty which at a minimum shall be the same warranty terms, including offers of extended warranties, offered to the general public. Express warranties shall be included in the contract. Clause 52.212-4, applies as well as the following FAR clauses: FAR 52.211-5, Material Requ irements. 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders- Commercial Items applies with the following applicable clauses for paragraph (b): FAR 52.222-37, 52.217-9, 52.219-1; 52.219-14; 52.222-21; 52.222-26; 52.222-35; 52.222-36; 52.247-34. Clauses 52.212-5; DFARS clause 252.212-7001; 252.225-7001; 252.225-7012, FAR 52,212-3; 252.204-7004 applies.
