- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being requested. Solicitation number N62786-04-T-0011 applies. Quotes must be received by COB Friday, March 26, 2004. The RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-09. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334511 and the business size standard is 750 employees. This will be a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. SUPSHIP Ba th has a requirement to procure the following items. (1) Compact ROV, Seabotix LBV150S or Equal. Features include: 500 ft. depth rating, 21? long, 650 Watt Surface Power Supply, 24.25 lb. Weight, Color Video Camera with 180 degree tilt and 270 degree range of view, Black and White Video Camera with 180 degree tilt and 270 degree range of view, 50 Watt variable intensity quartz halogen lighting, Scanning Sonar Software with 300 meter range. Deliver one (1) each to Supervisor of Shipbuilding, 574 Washington Street, Bath, Maine within 6-8 weeks ADC. Final Acceptance will be FOB Destination. Vendor must provide Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, DUNS number and TAX ID #. To be eligible for award, you must be properly registered in the Central Contractor Registry at www.ccr.gov.
