- The Carderock Division Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMC). The contractor shall provide engineering services, drawing updates, software maintenance, and hardware maintenance of the LSV2 Guidance Navigation and Control System (GNCS) which was originally developed and built by LMC. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements under the authority of FAR 6.302.1.
