- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared under the authority of FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items and in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The U.S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD has a requirement to obtain Boots, Crosstraining Shoes and Overshoes for the government of Afghanistan. A firm fixed-price type of award is anticipated. Required de livery is within 45 days after date of award.
