- The Directorate of Contracting at Fort Carson, CO intends to make a single award to a responsible offeror for leased pagers with a local service area of the Colorado Front Range and nationwide service to the continental United States; in accordance w ith the Performance Based Work Statement. This procurement is unrestricted. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All responsible offers within the competetive range will be considered and award will be made based on best value. Solicitation Issue Date is 2 March 2004 and Offer Due Date/Time is 30 March 2004 at 1100 MST.
