- Description
- This synopsos has been amended to extend the proposed posting date of the solicitation from 6 February 2004 to on or about 24 March 2004. This acquisition is a Full and Open Competition. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 237310 and Standard Industry Classification (SIC Code) 1611, with a size standard of $28.5 million. This project consists of furnishing all necessary plant, labor, supervision, materials, licenses, permits, insurance, transportation, and equipment to install new water line along 10th Cavalry Avenue and reconstruct 10th Cavalry Avenue between Old Glory Road and Fort Steele Way. Additionally, work includes installation of new waterline along Fort Steele Way and 15th Cavalry Avenue. Work will be accomplished on F. E. Warren AFB, WY. Work includes, but is not limited to curb and gutter, sidewalk, asphalt and concrete pavement, landscaping, sprinkler systems, and removal and replacement water main, fittings, valves, and fire hydrants. The performance period is 120 days. Magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The evaluation technique to be utilized for the contemplated award of the issued solicitation is Performance Price Trade-Off (PPT). Under PPT, past performance will be evaluated. The solicitation will be available on or about 24 March 2004 via the Internet at the following address: www.eps.gov At the home page select EPS for Vendors.
