Description

The VA Healthcare Network Upstate NY Medical Center at 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215 intends to award a sole source contract to G.E. Medical Systems, in accordance with FAR 13 for a Support/Maintenance agreement for our G.E. MUSE 5D network system. The agreement provides on-site and remote services, including unlimited telephone support, emergency repairs, and scheduled preventative maintenance. This agreement will be for one year. Third party firms will be considered only if responding with clear and convincing evidence that they have the experience and technical expertise to provide support for this critical equipment. All responses must be submitted in writing no later than 3:00pm on March 29, 2004.
