- Burnt Rancheria Campground Phase 1: This project includes but is not limited to the following items; Upgrades to campground include accessible parking, walkways, demolition of existing toilet buildings, coordination and installation of new shower and restroom buildings, utilities and other accessible site features, and Laguna Mountain Recreation Area water system upgrades. Option 1 includes but is not limited to the following items: Demolition of existing toilet buildings, coordination and installation of new toilet buildings and walkways. NAICS Code 236210 Size Standard is $28.5 million. Government estimate between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Offers are due by NOON local time, May 6, 2004. Recommended contract time is 210 calendar days. There will be a pre-bid meeting on or about September 7, 2004. This project is located in the Descanso Ranger District in the Cleveland National Forest. From San Diego, CA, travel East on Interstate 8 approximately 40 miles to Sunrise Highway. Then head North (left) for approximately 9.2 miles on Sunrise Highway. The Burnt Rancheria Campground is on the right side of the road.
