- Description
- This project consists of clearing vegetation along roads and at specified sites, shifting road travelway including filling ditches, narrowing and outsloping roadbed, cleaning and reinstalling culverts, constructing catchbasins and removing and reinstalling new gates as well as other items of work. Project is located approximately 45 miles west of Yreka, CA on State Highway 96, Klamath National Forest, Siskiyou County, California. Price range is $250,000 to $500,000. Solicitation will consist of base contract and optional items. Estimated start date is August 1, 2004 with a contract time of 73 calendar days including any options. Solicitation will require submission of technical as well as price proposal with the evaluation criteria clearly spelled out in Section M of the solicitation. No pre-bid tour is planned for this project. Solicitation will be available for downloading from this website on or about April 12, 2004.
