- Description
- The Contractor shall supply all labor, material supervision and equipment to install bypass valve in buildings 307B and 307C, located in Beltsville, Maryland, in accordance with the Statement of Work, drawings, and specifications. All work is to be completed within 60 calendar days following receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Magnitude of project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238220 and the annual size standard is $12.0 million. The government intends to sole source an award to Siemens Building Technologies, 6901 Muirkirk Meadows Drive, Beltsville, MD 20705. The solicitation is scheduled for issuance on or about April 5, 2004. The solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps website at www.fedbizopps.gov. It is the responsibility of the contractor to check the website for the solicitation, as well as any amendments that may arise. All responsible sources may submit a written quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Quotations will be due April 20, 2004. A firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded. Anticipated award date is April 21, 2004.
