- Solicitation for End Item: F-16 Aircraft, NSN 1560 01 205 1263, LTC04070019019, DUCT, ASSEMBLY, Lockheed Martin Co., Cage 81755, P/N: 16Y185-1. Configuration Control applies, Critical Application item. Indefinite Quantity Contract Base plus 4 option years. EAD base year : 17 . EAD option years: 32 . This procurement is a small business set-aside. QAP 008. NAICS is 336413. This is a fully and openly competitive procurement, after exclusion of sources. FOB:ORIGIN, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Production delivery within 183 days ARO. This requirement contains provisions for an ?Export Control? technical data package. In addition, this procurement requires government first article testing. Sample quantity shall consist of one complete unit. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. Please submit written offers to fax # (804) 279-3040. Offerors must complete a copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date.
