Duration of contract period 1 year or until final delivery completed. Other than full and open, more than one source, intended sources HR Textron Inc, Cage 81873 and Dutch Valley Supply, Cage 31068. Notes 22 and 25 apply. Unrestricted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
