- PR No: LTC03350016923. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for damping fluid. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. The NSN 9150 01 056 9047, with Annual Estimated Quantities at Richmond VA (SRG) being 2,257 and the Annual Estimated Quantities for Tracy CA (AQ5) being 2,435 8 lb. cans. Delivery: FOB Delivered with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Item has no surge requirements. MSDS and hazard warning labels are required. A technical data package (TDP) does not exist for this NSN. Please do not submit request to DSCR-VABA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Reference notes 1, 8, 23 and 26.
