- NSN 3439-00-542-0531, Torch Kit, Soldering. Solicited on a fully competitive basis. In addition to requirements cited in A-A-51128B. The following shall be provided; 1 EA Carrying Case, 1 EA Flame Spreader, 1 EA Utility Solder Tip, 1 EA Brush Flame Tip & Orfice. D.O.T. Class Flammable Compress Gas, shipping name liquefied petroleum gas. Cylinder shall conform to requirements of 49CFR. Destination inspection required. FOB Destination. IAW QAP 251. Requested delivery is 116 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 1848 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 924 each. The quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is April 1, 2004.
