- DSCC: SOL No: SP0920-04-R-X873, NSN 5825-01-470-1076. Item: Navigation Set, Satellite. Other than full and open competition applies. Approved source: Magellan Systems (0H9N4) P/N 980616-06. Only written proposals will be accepted. A FFP-12 month (365 day) Indefinite Quantity (IQ) Contract with one (2) Option Year is anticipated. Increments solicited are: 75-199, 200-399, 400-599, 600-799, 800-999, 1000-1,300. Delivery 90 days. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. All shipments are to be CONUS, FOB Destination. Inspection/Acceptance Destination. The alternate offeror is required to provide a complete data package, including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. ISSUE DATE: 09 APR 04 Note: Solicitation will be posted on the web on the issue date and will only be available on the web. http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
