- Description
- The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to award a sole source contract to The Graduate School, U.S. Department of Agriculture, 600 Maryland Avenue, S.W., Suite 280, Washington, D.C. 20024-2520. We have a requirement to provide training that has been specifically developed and customized for an audience of Federal and military personnel for DISA employees worldwide. The synopsis is a notice of intent to issue an award under ?other than full and open competition? and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2302 (c) (1) and is solely at the discretion of the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 31 Mar 04, 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Award is anticipated on or about 1 May 04.
