- Description
- Provide all necessary labor, material, equipment, supervision and transportation to perform preventive maintenance, inspection and certification for Accordion Fire Doors located at the Pentagon Building, Arlington, Virginia. Services shall be provided for a base period with four 12 month options. The anticipate start date is 1 June 2004. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The naics code is 238290 with annual receipt of $12 million. No fascimile offers will be accepted. The Government anticipates release of the RFP on or no later than 4/14/2004. The RFP will be uploaded to the FedBiz Opps website, all interested parties may download a copy of the RFP from this site. No copies will be mailed out. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for 3/31/2004. All parties interested in attending the site visit must contact Ms. Sheila Joseph at (703) 697-4385. The method of procurement will be i.a.w FAR parts 12 and 15.
