- REQUIREMENTS: This is a re-advertisement of a previous ad dated January 22, 2004 for 80,500 rentable square feet yielding 70,000 Boma Office Usable Square Feet of computer and other related office space. This ad has been revised to expand the delineated area and also the occupancy date of the space to December 2005. You do not need to respond again if you have previously responded to this ad. LOCATION: Intersection of Rt 7 and Rt 15 to Rt 29 connected via Rt 15 Western Boundary, Rt 29 to Rt 234 to Rt 28 to Rt 66 on the Southern Boundary, Rt 123 to Rt 674 to Rt 7 on the Eastern Boundary, Rt 7 to Rt 15 on the Northern Boundary. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years firm, with one 5 year option Space must be ready for occupancy by DECEMBER 2005 OR EARLIER.
