Description

AMENDMENT 3 TO 6FEP-N2-030278-N NEGOTIATED FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT MISCELLANEOUS HAND TOOLS FSC CLASS 5120 An Amendment is being made to Items 1, 4, 6, 13 and 14 of Solicitation 6FEP-N2-030278-N. This is the second amendment to Item 14 and the correct one. The solicitation was posted 2/9/04. Amendment 1 was posted 2/18/04 on Items 3 and 17. Amendment 2 was posted on 2/24/04 on Item 14 (Amendment 3 replaces Amendment 2). Response date has been extended to 3/24/04. Include copies of the amendments with your solicitation. GSA, FSS intends to establish through Negotiation a firm-fixed price, indefinite quantity, two-year requirements type contract for the period of June 1, 2004 or Date of Award (whichever is later), through May 31, 2006 with 3 1-year options. Requirements are for seventeen (17) miscellaneous hand tools with National Stock Numbers in the 5120 Federal Supply Class. These NSN?s are part of the GSA?s Stock Program. Estimated quantities and descriptions appear in the solicitation document. The contract will include an Economic Price Adjustment Clause. All offers are to be FOB destination, with delivery of 30 days or less and a minimum order of no more than $50.00. Award will be made to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government.
