- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing(BEP) is requesting quotations from vendors for (2ea) Switch time (Sequential Timer) Automatic 120V AC 60CyC w/single pole single throw 35-amp contacts: Plain Dial w/omitting Device w/hinged top enclosure to be GE Type TSA-40 Cat 680x89 or equal. (2ea) Socket Male Mains M/C DWG SM6 part SM135 Diebold 11-28298 repair part for model 175 sheet master del la rue counting machines. (6ea.) Heated element release switch size-C p-31 6.83 amps Allen Bradley p-31. (20ea.) Contact-Rear pole cat D267 D26MPR multipole 300V-AC relay w/convertible contacts cutler-Hammer Type M. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR Parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a written request for quotation will not be issued. If 100% small business set aside inset the following: this procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses (see numbered note 1). The applicable NAICS formerly SIC code is 3331. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is RFQ-04-245. Delivery shall be made within 30 Order shall be firm fixed price. The basis for award shall be price alone or price and other factor e.g., past performance and quality). All interested small businesses are requested to submit a written quotation which will be considered by the agency. Quotation may be made on a SF 1449 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, and point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, DUNS number and size status (i.e., small business disadvantaged business or woman owned business). If this item is available under GSA Schedule please provide the schedule number. Quotations are due (03/24/04) no Later than 2:00pm.
