- Description
- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for 8 each 1U computer/server, rack mount and 3 each 2U computer/server, rack mount on a brand name or equal basis. The 1U computer/server, rack mount shall have the following salient characteristics: 1 each BV-1UATX-Q/I w/ 350W EPS PS & 2 IDE hot-swap bays or equal, 1 each Intel SE7501WV2 ATA motherboard w/VGA, Lan or equal, 2 each Intel P4 3.06 GHZ Xeon CPU or equal, 2 each 1U Xeon fans or equal, 6 each Viking DDR128X72RPC21 DDR RAM or equal, 1 each Seagate ST 340014A 40GB HDD 7200RPM or equal, 1 each Lite-On LTN-526S 40X CD-ROM IDE: black or equal, 1 each Sony FD-SN920 floppy drive: black or equal, 1 each Bonavio SR-26 rails or equal, and 1 each Microsoft Windows 2000 PRO w/ SP4. The 2U computer/server, rack mount shall have the following salient characteristics: 1 each BV-2UATX-Q/I w/ 460W EPS PS & 2 IDE hot-swap bays or equal, 1 each Intel SE7501WV2 ATA motherboard w/ VGA, LAN or equal, 2 each Intel P4 3.06 GHZ Xeon CPU or equal, 2 each 2U Xeon fans or equal, 6 each Viking DDR128X72RPC21 DDR RAM or equal, 1 each Seagate ST 340014A 40GB HDD 7200RPM or equal, 1 each Lite-on LTN-526S 40X CD-ROM IDE: black or equal, 1 each Sony FD-SN920 floppy drive: black or equal, 1 each Bonavio SR-26 rails or equal, 1 each Microsoft Windows 2000 PRO w/ SP4. Numerous additional in depth specifications will be set forth in the solicitation. The required delivery date is 3 weeks after date of award. FOB Destination: Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA 98345. Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. This procurement is 100% small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS Code for this requirement is 334111 and a size standard of 1000 employees. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued by 22 Mar 04. The closing date of the solicitation will be 01 Apr 04, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 12 commercial acquisition procedures. When issued, the RFQ will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil and on the Keyport Acquisition homepage at http://kpt-eco.kpt.nuwc.navy.mil. Offerors wishing to submit a quote are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. An email request to JerdeJM@kpt.nuwc.navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFQ from the NECO or Keyport websites. The offeror must have a current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov ). Any questions should be submitted in writing via the fax number provided above or e-mailed to JerdeJM@kpt.nuwc.navy.mil. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFQ / amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer nonresponsive and result in rejection of the same. Note 1 applies.
