- ?This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command.? NUWC Division Newport intends to purchase the following items: 230 printed, assembled circuit boards,, films and spare electrical parts. Required delivery is 10 weeks after award, F.O.B. Destination Naval Station Newport; Newport, RI. It is expected to place a purchase order with SEEMS, Swansea, MA. SEEMS is the only known source for these items because they have provided them to NUWC Mk2 Countermeasure program previously and the new boards must be exactly the same. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request For Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-04-Q-2992.
