- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City intends to award a purchase order to Innovative Professional Solutions, 8317 Front Beach Road, Suite 17D2, Panama City, FL. 32407-4804, on a sole source basis for Acquisition and Safety Documentation, Program Management and Technical Support for the Magneto Inductive Remote Activation Munition System (MI-RAMS) Program. This acquisition is unsuitable for competition because Innovative Professional Solutions possesses the unique combination of technical knowledge of the MI-RAMS program and technology, experience providing programmatic, acquisition, safety and technical support to similar programs, particularly in the area of firing devices, detonators and mine development, knowledge and experience with the Army?s Close Combat Systems Program Management, and extensive expertise and experience with various firing devices and Mine programs/ systems aqcuisition and program management requirements as they apply to MI-RAMS. Performance will be at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City, 110 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7001. NAICS Code 541330 applies. SBA Size Standard is $4M.
