- Description
- The National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD intends to award a sole source procurement to Bio-Rad Laboratories/Life Science Group for a Bio-Plex Protein Array System 100-240V to include array reader w/HTF, microplate platform, PC, monitor, calibration kit, maintenance, calibration, validation (MCV)plate, sheath fluid - 20L, Bio-Plex Manager V.30; Human Serum Diluent kit, 1x96-well, cytokine reagent kit, 1x96-well; cell lysis kit, 1x96; human cytokines 8-plex and 2-plex, 1x96-well. The requirement is for the Naval Medical Research Center. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
