- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The US ARMY Tank Automotive and Armaments Command in Warren, MI, has a requirement for 2 line items: 1) 5885 each, 2-Way Valve, P/N 12496925 and 2) 1605 each, 2-Way Valve, P/N 12496926 (drawings attached) for the M9 ACE HDC. The combined Commercial Solicitation number is W56HZV-04-R-L503. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-18 dated 12 Jan 2004 . The associated North American Industrial Code System (NAICS) 332911. No options will be included. FOB Destination will apply (FAR 52.247-34). Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors / Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
