- The item to procure is a Lock Assembly, Pintle (NSN: 1005-00-610-8986) (Part Number: 6108986) End Item is M122 Mount. Requirements are 1,350 each Lock Assembly, Pintle with a 100% option for use on the M122 Mount. FOB is Origin. The solicitation number for this acquisition is W52H09-04-R-0246 under commercial simplified acquisition procedures. Estimated issue date is 5 Apr 2004. This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is u nder no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. Proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside. This sol icitation incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that will be provided via the internet. Notes: 1 and 22.
