- This is a sources sought synopsis. There is no solicitation number applicable to this action. TACOM-RI is seeking qualified small business sources willing to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) IAW Far 13.303 for a period of 3 years. Ite ms to be procured in support of the M198 Howitzer: (a) Screw, Cap, Hex, NSN 5305-01-509-1716, PN B1821AH038C075D; (b) Screw, Cap, Hex, NSN 5305-01-509-1717, PN B1821AH075C500N; (c) Screw, Cap, Hex, NSN 5305-01-509-2716, PN B1821AH050F450D; (d) Screw, Cap, Hex, NSN 5305-01-509-2721, PN B1821AH031C100D; (e) Screw, Cap, Hex, NSN 5305-01-510-7988, PN B1821AH038C075C.. Specific requirements are not known at this time. Be advised that quantities to be awarded may be small and sporatic. There is no guaranteed minimum quantity. Contractors will not be required to provide all items listed herein in order to be considered. BPAs will only be established with contractors with a favorable past performance record. Individual 'calls' will be competed among qualifyi ng contractors with established BPAs. Calls will be awarded to the lowest offeror with a favorable performance record. Performance under BPA duration will be monitored and may have a negative or favorable impact on awards of future calls. Calls may be awarded for each item individually, or for a combination of items. Interested contractors responding to this notice will receive applicable technical data packages (TDPs) prior to establishment of the BPA. Interested contractors responding to this notice must provide: (1) History of same or similar items provided on previous contracts; (2) Small business designation (e.g., 8(a), HUBZone, small disadvanteged, woman owned, etc.) and number of employees. This synopsis is for information and planning purpos es and the Government will not pay or otherwise reimburse respondents for information submitted.
