- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Proposals are being requested and written solicitations will n ot be issued. Solicitation W911S2-04-T-0043 is issued as a Request for Quotes. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The standard industrial code is 5087 (NAICS code 423490) and the business size standard is 500 employees. This procurement will be set aside for small business. Furnish and deliver the following equipment and upgrades: 1) MSA CBRN 2002 compliant air pks with large face pieces, 54 ea, PN: JCM510J01D2220, must be MSA compliant. 2) Med Ultra face pieces, 50 ea, PN: 10024411 Medium Ultra Elite Face pieces CBRN Comp liant W/HUD Bracket. 3) HUD Receivers for Face pieces, 50 ea, PN: 10037792, HUD Receivers For Face pieces. 4) Fire hawk STC APR Adapters, 40 ea, PN: 10032511, Fire hawk STC APR Adapters. 5) CBRN Conversion Kit, 6 ea, PN: A-Q1111, CBRN Conversion kit, which includes a CBRN fire hawk STC Regulator, Regulator Belt Keepers, 4 point head harness, face piece upgrade kit. 6) Labor rate for upgrade kit pack conversion to include existing face piece, 6 ea. Technicians/repair agents must be MSA certified to up grade conversion kits and equipment must be MSA to meet current requirements, no substitutions will be accepted. Destination delivery to Fort Drum, NY.
