Description: The Contractor shall plan, program, administer, manage, document, and execute the work necessary to provide DPW functions and services which involve a broad range of nonpersonal base operations and maintenance at Fort Carson. The Contractor shall pr ovide management, supervision, materials, supplies, labor, and equipment, except that specified as Government-furnished, necessary to accomplish the services outlined in the Contract. The period of performance is estimated to be 1 year from the date of aw ard with a possibility of four option periods and five award option periods. Area of Performance is Fort Carson, CO. The contract will be a Cost Reimbursement Fixed Fee Services Contract. The estimated maximum magnitude of this project to include option ye ars is estimated at more than $10,000,000. A Request for Proposal will be issued. The requirement is set aside 100% for eligible Hubzone concerns. The small business size standard for this acquisition is $30.0 Million; NAICS Code: 561210.
