E. Warren AFB, WY, 82005-2860 Description This purchase will provide F.E. Warren AFB with a wetlands inventory, mapping and delineation. The Statement of Work attached provides the details of these requirements. This notice is being posted as an avenue to provide a Request for Quotation (RFQ), FA4613-04-Q-0036. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.202 (a)(13), Exceptions to publicizing contract actions, there will not be a pre-solicitation notice posted for this required action. Additional information pertaining to this RFQ is currently available in the attached document, ?RFQ.? This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for HubZone. The NAICS code for the requirement is 541360. The size standard is $4M or less in annual receipts. The contractor shall be responsible for all personnel, services, parts, labor, tools, material, equipment, and transportation necessary to complete all tasks involved with this service. No government facilities, materials, or transportation will be used in completion of this requirement. Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The web site for registration is http://www.ccr.gov. Use the following web site to access clauses that have been incorporated by reference: http://farsite.hill.af.mil. The complete package will be made available only through the Internet at http://www.eps.gov/. Copies will not be mailed, and all amendments will be posted on the Internet. This announcement and written RFQ constitutes the only ?Request for Quote? that will be made for this requirement.
