- Description
- Provide all necessary services and materials to maintain/repair/construct base pavements as described in the statement of work under a Site Work Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity for Sheppard AFB, TX, Frederick Air Field, OK and Texoma Recreational Annex, TX. Surveying may be required in support of construction work. Contract will include but is not limited to work on runway, parking lot, sidewalk, curb and gutter, drainage, electrical lighting, running tracks, sawcutting, excavation, expansion joints, joint sealing, etc. Contract will be issued for a basic year plus three one year option periods. The minimum total contract value is $25,000.00 for the duration of the contract with the maximum total contract value for the duration of the contract not to exceed $16,000,000.00. Solicitation will be full and open competition and will include a price evaluation preference for HUBZone small business concerns. Solicitation and any subsequesnt amendments will be posted through the electronic posting system at www.eps.gov. Paper copies will not be provided. Contractors will be solely responsible for monitoring the internet and obtaining the solicitation documents and any amendments. Interested offerors must ensure they are registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive award of a contract.
