- Description
- A solicitation will be posted on or about 24 March 2004 for the installation of a new air handling unit in B-927. Contractor will supply all labor, material, transportation, and tools necessary to install an Air Handling unit in B-927. The project consist of the demolition and disposal of existing air handling unit, piping system, Asbestos Insulation, portion of ductwork, and necessary electrical connection. Installation will consist of a new 30-ton air handling unit, new ductwork, new chilled water piping insulation, installation of controls, pumps and electrical to the new equipment for a fully functioning unit. The contractor has 45 days after notice to proceed to complete the project. Upon completion of work, the contractor will perform an operational test of the equipment and devices. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000
