- The purpose of this modification to the presolicitation notice posted on 15 Mar 04 is to provide additional information. A site visit is scheduled for 8 Apr 04 10:00 AM. If you wish to attend the site visit you must notify Billy Wineinger at (402) 294-9601, e-mail address billy.wineinger@offutt.af.mil by 12:00 NOON on 6 Apr 04. Solicitation number FA4600-04-B-0005 is issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). This project consists of repairing, and updating an existing elevator cab and updating the existing elevator mechanical room. Some demolition of existing structure is required. The project involves one elevator for three floors and will require new electrical, mechanical, and interior finishes. The performance period for this project is 90 days. This solicitation is to be competed on a full and open basis. A written solicitation will be available on this website on or about 31 Mar 04; however, specifications and drawings will not be available via this website. To obtain a copy of the specifications and drawings, vendors must provide a written request to be included on the Bidders Mailing List to Billy Wineinger. Contractors are advised to monitor this website for any updates and/or changes. All potential bidders must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.2004-7004 prior to award.
