- Description
- The Government intends to procure commercial items services under (FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13) for walk-in cooler insulated JPanel System and Mechanical System. Services are to be provided to the VA San Diego Healthcare System in San Diego, Ca. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and expertise for this service. Contractor shall remove current insulated panels, and install new panels, doors, and two light fixtures and all needed mechanical systems. Contractor shall replace cold Room 6037 EE-4088 Temperature design: =4 degrees C, Plus or Minus 2 degrees C. Dimensions 8'0" Wide X 14'4" Deep X 8'8" High outside dimension. Construction: 4" foamed in place high density urethane insulation, tounge in groove, cam lock panels, NSF approved, UL listed. Finish: Stainless steel interior and exposed exterior surfaces, stucco embossed galvanize unexposed areas. Floor; NSF approved 4" foamed in place with reinforcement backing under stainless steel floor finish. One interior floor ramp to match door width. Door; 36"X78" cooler door with view window, heated door and frame. Recessed interior door release, cylinder lock, door closer. Mechanical System; one 1 3/4 HP water cooled hermetic condensing unit with refrigerant, pump down design air defrost timer, one Honeywell T775A Series Digital Temperature Controller. Temperature Recorder; one Honeywell DR 4311 Single Pen Temperature Recorder with audible and visual alarm. Accessories; One Modularm DAC-55 door adjar and interior panic button with audible alarm, Three 48" fluorescent light fixtures with T-8 Lamps. Ten interior mounted 2X4 J Boxes with 120 volt duplex outlets and covers. One pilot light switch. The solicitation will be issued on March 17, 2004, with offers dueon or about March 24, 2004.
