- Description
- The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) which will solicit proposals to provide and manage the necessary personnel, technical support, equipment, software, supplies, documentation, and space to operate and maintain HRSA?s Grant Application Center. The contractor will manage and organize the application process for five (5) Bureaus and one (1) office of HRSA. The HRSA GAC manages the process of the program announcements and program application guidance materials, responding to requesters for application guidance materials and providing information to the public about HRSA and HRSA programs. The HRSA GAC is the designated receipt point for all grant applications; therefore, the contractor will be required to manage the receipt and distribution of the applications, entering data into a grants system, duplication of materials for object review, and distribution to appropriate HRSA staff. The solicitation will result in a cost plus fixed fee type contract. The anticipated period of performance is a twelve (12) month Basic period and four (4) twelve (12) month Option periods (total 60 months). This is a follow-on requirement to Contract Number 250-02-0001 and is set-aside for interested 8(a) companies only. Offers from concerns other than 8(a) businesses will not be considered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561499 ?All Other Business Support Services? and the small business size in dollars is $6M.
