- Description
- This project on the Monongahela National Forest, Gauley Ranger District, is located in Webster County, West Virginia. It includes the replacement of aluminum pipe, reconditioning the roadway, placement of aggregate base material, placement of asphalt base and wearing courses, placement of shoulder stone, and temporary and permanent pollution control on the Williams River Road, FR 86. The project will be awarded on a Best Value basis and requires the submission of technical proposals addressing the following factors: 1. Offeror's Past Performance, 2. Offeror's Quality Control, 3. Offeror's Technical Capabilities, 4. Offeror's Equipment, and 5. Offeror's Pricing. The time for completion of the project is 100 calendar days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The Government Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The solicitation will be posted on April 8, 2004.
