Base Year 39 ea, 274 days ARO or best delivery available, FOB Destination/Inspection Origin; Option Yrs 1-4, 40 ea, 274 days ARO or best delivery available, FOB Destination/Inspection Origin. Incremental quantities Min 19 Max 39. Option to extend term of contract 48 months. Duration of contract period 60 months. Other than full and open, more than one source, intended sources Cages: 97499, 81996, 86175, 52722, 3T949, 65088, 8P093, and 0YRW3. Note 1 and 23 apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
