This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum. Delivery is as follows:90 days. The solicitation contains an option to extend the term of the contract for three(3) additional years. These are not Qualified Products List (QPL) items. Price and past performance are of equal value.
