The Medical Command Contracting Center-North Atlantic intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Siemens Medical Solutions USA Inc. for preventative maintenance services on a Acuson Ultrasound Scanning System, MDL: 63143 with probes, Sequoia 512 for the Pentago n DiLorenzo TriCare Health Clinic, Washington., DC 20310-5801. The period of performance is 1 April 04 through 30 September 04 with four one-year option periods. The vendor will be required to perform onsite preventative maintenance services, calibration and software maintenance on the Siemenâs Acuson Ultrasound System, model 63143 with probes, Sequoia 512. The system is located at the Pentagon DiLorenzo TriCare Health Clinic (DTHC), 5801 Pentagon Bldg Rm MF917A Corridor 8, Washington DC 20310-5801. The service will be provided as stated within the contract from Monday through Friday, during the DTHC operational hours from 0700 through 1400 hours. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit p roposals. W91YTZ-04-T-0037 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
