- Description
- In accordance with the procedures specified in the revised OMB Circular A-76 (Attachment B, B.1), dated May 29, 2003, this notification represents the formal public announcement and official start date of a streamlined competition on the commercial activity functions characterized as Materiel Management Services performed at the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), in Atlanta, GA. These services are currently being performed by Government personnel which include 14 full time equivalents (FTE). CDC does not intend to issue a solicitation. The Competitive Sourcing Official (CSO) is Dr. Edward Sontag, the Contracting Officer (CO) is Dale DeFillips, and the Agency Tender Official (ATO) is Sam Manning. This streamlined study is expected to be completed within 90 days of this announcement.
