- This is modification 0001 to announcement was published in FedBizOps 25 Feb 04 for RFP N68936-04-R-0026. The Naval Air warfare Center Weapons division China Lake still intents to issue a firm-fixed price indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity contract, however ever it will NOT be in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, it will be a Labor Hour non-commercial procurement.
