Description

J - The U. S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity has a requirement to procure two (2) preventive maintenance services annually which includes unscheduled repairs at a fixed price contract to maintain government owned medical equipment and in struments at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology (AFIP), Logistics Division, 16th & Alaska Ave NW, Washington, DC 20306. The period of performance shall be a base year with three one (1) year options. The Solicitation Number is W81XWH-04-T-0278. It is anticipated that a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be awarded. The manufacturer of the items is Hitachi High Technologies America, Inc., 5100 Franklin Drive, Pleasanton, CA 94588. The following are the items covered: Electron Microscope, S3 500N, Serial #350-29-05; Compressor, TOKICO; Pump VR116K; Pump VRI16K; two (2) each Monitor, V799; Chamber Specimen, Model #416147; two (2) each CPU, Model MMP; Printer, HP/895LXI; CPU Mainframe, Model: 700P133101; Printer, Dell/NP1660.
