Description

Crash Damage Repair Program for the OH-58D Helicopter, Kiowa Warrior Aircraft, National Stock Number: 1520-01-125-5476. A five (5) year contract is contemplated for the minimum quantity of 1 each and a maximum quantity of 20 each. Crash Damage rep airs shall be in accordance with manufacturer's blueprints/production drawings and specifications. Authority cited is 10 USC 2304(c)(1) for this requirement. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services wi ll satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is sole source to Bell Helicopter, Ft. Worth, TX and is currently unfunded. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date the solicitation is released, however , the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. No telephone requests for the solicitation package will be accepted. Requests should be faxed (256-955-9237) or mailed only to, ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LM-M, Jeanie Clark, Contracting Offic er.
