- Description
- The US Army ARDEC intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis the award of a production contract with Capco Inc, Grand Junction, Colorado under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). This action is for the manufacture and delivery of 2,341 each M192 Lightweight Ground Mounts (LWGM) and spare part quantities equivalent to 5 percent of the total LWGM quantity. First Article Testing is required on a quantity of 5 LWGM units. First Article Testing is required within 30 days after date of award. Delivery of the first production lot of 100 units is required within 45 days of USG approval of the First Article Test. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. See Note 22.
