- LTC04014017446 (SP0450-04-R-2366) 9150-00-935-4127(CN), Lubricating Oil, Exposed Gear, Unit can contains 5 gallons. Grignard Chemical Products P/N Grikote 31 EP or P/N Prelube 6. FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination, QAP 251 Applies. Critical Application Item. 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Delivery requested is 23 days. Will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with Base year and four one-year options. 9150-00-935-4127: Estimated annual quantity for the Base Year: AQ5(Tracy, CA) - 162 CN and SRG(Richmond, VA) - 378 CN. Estimated annual quantity for each Option Year: AQ5 – 72 CN and SRG – 168 CN. Guaranteed Minimum Quantity is 60 CN and is for the Base Year only. Estimated Total Procurement: $248,505.60 (all five years).
