P/N Emkarate RL 68H and Texaco Inc. P/N Capella HFC-68NA. Critical Application Item, Commercial Item. FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. QAP 251 applies. Unrestricted. Will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract with Base year and four one-year options. 9150-01-387-4469: Estimated annual quantity for the Base Year: AQ5 (Tracy, CA) - 936 CN and SRG (Richmond, VA) – 1404 CN. Estimated annual quantity for each Option Year: AQ5 (Tracy, CA) – 208 CN and SRG (Richmond, VA) – 832 CN. Guaranteed Minimum Quantity – 260 CN.
