- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with Rockwell Collins, Inc. for the AN/ARC-210 Reprogramming Kits, P/N CPN987-1627-002 quantity of forty-two (42). The kits are needed to load Operational Flight Program (OFP) software into the AN/ARC-210 radios. The proposed acquisition is for Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) for which the Government does not own drawings or specification. NAWCADLKE intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See note 22.
